We want you to feel totally confident when you place your order and we fully respect your confidentiality. All items are wrapped with care and dispatched in discreet, plain unbranded packaging so the contents cannot be identifiable to others.
We never make your personal details available to any third party companies for marketing purposes.
Returns and Cancellations
Consumers in the European Union are protected by legislation when purchasing online. You have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of receipt of the order. If you do wish to cancel your order under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000, we ask that you to please notify our
Sales Team by email with your name, order reference and product details at
sales@good-girl-gone-bad.co.uk We will provide you with details of how to cancel your order or return the item(s). Goods must be returned to us within 28 days of the order receipt date.
If you are cancelling the item within the seven days cooling-off period, a refund will be processed for the cancelled goods. Refund for postage costs will only be processed if the whole order is being cancelled. Please be aware, delivery charges are non-refundable when you are only returning part of an order. If you notify us of your cancellation after the seven day statutory cooling-off period, goods returned to us can only be exchanged with alternative goods or gift vouchers. Goods returned must be in the same condition as when you received them.
